You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

No companions are allowed during your tattoo appointment due to limited space. Omar does not take on cover-up projects or continue existing work done by other artists.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you must wait until you have finished breastfeeding before booking a consultation.

Tattoo designs are not sent before the appointment. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed and made on the day of your tattoo appointment.

Payment methods: Cash Card (subject to a 3.0% processing fee) A $100 deposit is required to book a tattoo appointment and begin the design process. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your appointment is canceled by Omar, you will receive a full refund.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your deposit. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will remain valid for up to 3 months. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule only once with at least 48 hours' notice. A second reschedule will require a new deposit.

Arriving 10 minutes late to your tattoo appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
